Recall I previously brought my car in for service and the brake warning light was on. I was given an estimate of almost $300 to repair the rear brakes which I previously brought my car in for service and the brake warning light was on. I was given an estimate of almost $300 to repair the rear brakes which I declined to have done. The rear brakes did not need to be repaired and adding a small amount of brake fluid to the brake master cylinder reservoir resolved the problem. More

Promises Promises I was promised a loaner for the several hours needed to service my Lexus . After waiting in lounge for 30 min, I inquired about the long delay. Long wait and NOT a "world class inspection" I went in for my 15,000 miles service. I waited 1 1/2 hrs. When I got home and reviewed my inspection of my vehicle, I noticed something was off. All I went in for my 15,000 miles service. I waited 1 1/2 hrs. When I got home and reviewed my inspection of my vehicle, I noticed something was off. All my tire treads measured equal. However, one of my tires was brand new and the other 3 were a year and a half old. How could this be? The only explanation would be they weren't all checked individually. How can I be sure everything else was checked properly? I feel my time was wasted and the attention to detail was missed. More
Wrong place Right Time I scheduled a 8am appointment for my Toyota Truck on the Hoffman website for Tuesday April 26. However I mistakenly scheduled the appointment at Hond I scheduled a 8am appointment for my Toyota Truck on the Hoffman website for Tuesday April 26. However I mistakenly scheduled the appointment at Honda. I did not realize this until later in the afternoon when an employee from Hoffman Honda did a follow up phone call. Toyota service asked me if I had an appointment and I said yes, still not realizing that I had the appointment at Hoffman Honda! My truck was fully serviced and all was well. Mike Fuhr will take care of you I have used Hoffman twice for installing Tires on my vehicle, as well as having some warranty work performed... In one case, they noted I had some issued with my frame and helped refer me to a repair welder that performed that work in a timely and reasonable fashion. Mike Fuhr is an excellent service manager that communicates, calls or emails you back promptly, and I will not hesitate to use this service center in the future for both of my Toyota's automotive service needs. Minutes, no car wash, a $40 oil change, plus $4000 worth of recommendations. All done by a pleasant young man. Why would I ever return? By the way, I do not hold Mr. Savoia totally responsible for the poor service as he is only as good as his co-workers and supervisors with whom he works. More
