That one was a lease and I was interested in getting a new 2016 RAV4. However, my lease was going to end in January of 2017. Bill talked to his manager and they were able to get me a brand new 2016 RAV4 for the same amount of money per month, with no out of pocket expenses, earlier than I expected, and in the color of my choice. The process was incredibly easy and hassle free. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. This is my second lease with Toyota through Hoffman and it has been an amazing experience! I will absolutely go back for my next car! More

Tires and alignment I came to the service center for an alignment and I allowed you to match prices on new tires. Even though you were not able to match the price, I want I came to the service center for an alignment and I allowed you to match prices on new tires. Even though you were not able to match the price, I wanted to be loyal to your center so i went ahead and scheduled an appointment for both services. When i got there i was told that it would take 2 & 1/2 hours. A little excessive given my appointment. It took 4 hours and the alignment was not completed due a problem created by a previous dealer recall. I was totally disappointed in the service! More
