They flooded my car. I went in to get a broken A/C fixed as well as brake work done and, because of positive past experiences, I trusted it would be done right so had no I went in to get a broken A/C fixed as well as brake work done and, because of positive past experiences, I trusted it would be done right so had no problem paying 1,300 dollars for the work. While examining the car to determine the root of the A/C troubles (it was electrical, which is what I told them I thought it was) some piece of tubing by the evaporator drain got broken. By the time I realized the passenger side of my car was getting gallons of water spilled onto it, it had been occurring for over a week. My car smells, is certainly going to wind up with mold, and is now A/C-less again. I tried to reach out to the service center half a dozen times to discuss the experience to no avail. I am disappointed and, quite frankly, livid about the dilemma. I would highly suggest either seeking alternate service or doing a thorough check of your car immediately after getting it worked on at Hoffman Toyota. More
