Air bag recall I have an older vehicle that my son drives. It was on list for the airbag recall. I decided that I would bring it to a dealership close to where I wor I have an older vehicle that my son drives. It was on list for the airbag recall. I decided that I would bring it to a dealership close to where I work. I called the service dept of that dealership and was told the airbag would be ordered based on the Vin and I'd be contacted when they were in. I never received a call so I called back every two weeks to be put on hold several times, asked for my names/info several times and told they were on back order. After about 6 weeks I decided to try Hoffman and I called and they got the car in and had the recall done within 48 hours. I still have not heard back from the other dealership yet! It's been 8 weeks! I was placed on hold many times and I truly do not believe the other dealership ordered anything. Hoffman was prompt and considerate even for a very old car that had never been there for service prior and even knowing this was a recall and not a paid service. Thank You!! More

Why wash the car I'm surprised you take the time to squirt the car off and not dry it.
