Antannae Replacement I was in on Saturday for an antennae replacement and got hosed instead. Cost of antennae $85.00. Labor and taxes $305.00. Absolutely ridiculous! Why wash the car I'm surprised you take the time to squirt the car off and not dry it. They treated my car as if it were their own. My service representative, Keith, was considerate of my time as he reported their progress to me three times while I was in the waiting room. Not only did they do the required maintenance on my car, they washed and dried it... it looked like it did the day I purchased it. As I was leaving, all techs and other employees of the service department that I saw on my way to the car thanked me and wished me an enjoyable day, calling me by name, even employees I had not met during my experience of this service. I left feeling as though they TRULY appreciated my business and were willing to do whatever it took to earn my business. Another experience with a very professional business. Thank you to ALL. Never happy at this center I prefer Middletown but it's too far away. The employees often look overworked and unhappy at this location. I waited 90 minutes for a simple oil change. They try to seek maintenance packages that are unnecessary. My car is only 2 years old. More

Replacement of blownout tire Without an appointment, I appeared at their service location [on a Saaturday morning] with my Lexus which had a blownout tire needing to be replaced. Without an appointment, I appeared at their service location [on a Saaturday morning] with my Lexus which had a blownout tire needing to be replaced. They quickly addressed my needs, ordered a new tire to be delivered within 30 minutes and fit the work that was needed into their schedule without much of a delay to me. All the people with which I dealt were personable and professional. Good job everyone! More
