They sold me a car and took money to finish all paperwork. After 5 days I gave them a call about my registration and found out that they still didn’t do it. Now I’m sitting at home, as 7 days passe paperwork. After 5 days I gave them a call about my registration and found out that they still didn’t do it. Now I’m sitting at home, as 7 days passed and I prohibited to drive my car. Can’t work, as my job is delivery, so I’m loosing money. They promised to do it in time, but didn’t do it. Bad service. Don’t recommend. More

We had purchased our first Toyota vehicle with another dealer and had a deplorable experience (**cough cough – Middletown**). Hoffman Toyota was close-by, so when it came time to purchase another vehicle, we gave it a chance and went to them knowing exactly what we wanted. Julio Sosa (Brand Specialist) was the smiling face that greeted us and walked us through the whole process. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly – honest. He kept us informed every step of the way and maintained open communication throughout. We also had the pleasure of working with Luis Plaza (Sales Manager) on our trade-in vehicles and he was equally charming, professional, knowledgeable, and again – honest. What he offered us for our trade ins was fair – and that’s all you can ask for when trading in a used car. He was upfront with us, listened to us, and was willing to work with us on a fair offer. The entire time, we felt so comfortable and everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and warm. We also worked with Jamal Alkatib (finance), who was so warm, kind, and knowledgeable; he explained everything so clearly.
