We had purchased our first Toyota vehicle with another dealer and had a deplorable experience (**cough cough – Middletown**). Hoffman Toyota was close-by, so when it came time to purchase another vehicle, we gave it a chance and went to them knowing exactly what we wanted. Julio Sosa (Brand Specialist) was the smiling face that greeted us and walked us through the whole process. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly – honest. He kept us informed every step of the way and maintained open communication throughout. We also had the pleasure of working with Luis Plaza (Sales Manager) on our trade-in vehicles and he was equally charming, professional, knowledgeable, and again – honest. What he offered us for our trade ins was fair – and that’s all you can ask for when trading in a used car. He was upfront with us, listened to us, and was willing to work with us on a fair offer.
