Would not work with Jamal again. Alvin was helpful when discussing our purchase. Jamal was absolutely horrible to work with. While he printed our paperwork, he literally answered 10 phone calls from his kids and was yelling at them. He explained nothing in the paperwork. He also told us he was giving us an 8 year warranty but instead charged us 1800 dollars for it. When we went back to take the warranty off, he told us our car was never certified, and when I tried to discuss it with him, he said he didn't care and that's not what we were there to discuss. Afterwards I saw the sales managers who confirmed our car was indeed certified, and Jamal was lying. He was cocky and rude and I would never work with him again. Sales managers Zachary and James were helpful when I visited to clear up paperwork issues, and they seem to really care about the customers being happy. More
