I was told exactly what to expect at drop off in terms of length of the appointment and what documents I would need if I wanted a loaner. A very clean and comfortable loaner was reserved for me and I enjoyed driving it. The appointment took about 6 hours and at pick up I was checked out quickly and kindly. More
