The work was done, a nice neat job, almost an hour ahead of the projected time. (I had waited for the car.) Only negative I can think of is the recommended extra services "I need", that are not called out in the owners maintenance manual. But all the dealers do this. More

Incomplete service with confused employees I brought my car in for an interior detailing and was told it would take 4 hours and would have to be left over night. I left my car and was waiting f I brought my car in for an interior detailing and was told it would take 4 hours and would have to be left over night. I left my car and was waiting for them to call and tell me it was finished, but 24 hrs later they still hadn't called me. I called back 3 times and kept hearing different responses on if my car was finished or not. Finally I got the go ahead to come pick it up and as I got there they once again said it wasn't done. Luckily the man working there explained how the car just wasn't completely dry yet and as an apology could have the car delivered the next day once it was really done drying. I had this done and was thankful for this offer, but then once my car was delivered I discovered that my car still had dirt/grime all over the passenger side where the seatbelt is connected. I paid over $100 for this job and expected it to be completely clean for this price so I am unsatisfied with this job. While the above review was left after a disappointing visit, both Mike Fitzgerald and Michael DeAngelis wanted to make sure that this situation was made right, and they followed through on their promise. The car was completely detailed, including the inside and outside, at no charge. They did the job correctly and I am glad that I let them fix the previous job. More
