Speak with Tyrrell initially, he introduced me to Jamal and Ednei who were two extraordinary gentleman, and knew their product line. Any question that I had about the Rav4, Ednei knew instantly and was able to show me additional features I didn't know about. The car is amazing and even better than I had expected, having never owned a new car this is quite a treat. The sound system is amazing, the handling is great, and amount of space and head room is perfect for a 6'1'' male. Overall great purchase, and phenomenal experience provided by Hoffman Toyota, would recommend them anyone! Thank you guys again! More

Hoffman Toyota stood by its work -- and me Recently, I brought my 15 plus-year old Toyota Prius to Hoffman Toyota for a number of minor repairs. I have driven 220,000 miles without problems, b Recently, I brought my 15 plus-year old Toyota Prius to Hoffman Toyota for a number of minor repairs. I have driven 220,000 miles without problems, but two of the dash board lights did not work. The service technician gave me a price to repair the problem. First, the dashboard had to be removed, so the issue was more complicated that just replacing bulbs. Two problems turned up. First, because the plastic of the dashboard was old and brittle, the assembly broke when the technician was trying to repair it. "No problem," the dealership said. "We broke it; we'll replace it with a new piece without charge." The work having been done and everything looking fine at the shop, I took the car and soon discovered that the lights still did not work. Back to Hoffman I went. They removed the dashboard assembly again, confirmed that the bulbs were in good working order and searched about for the source of the problem. It turns out that there is a short in the circuit board. That and not faulty bulbs was the source of my original problem. Replacing the circuit board would have been very expensive, so I opted not to do that. The dashboard was reassembled for the third time and I was not charged for any of the extra work beyond my initial quoted price. All of the other work that was done was, as far as I can tell, faultless, so I left the dealership pleased with the work and with the Hoffman personnel. I've gotten superb service there for over 16 years. My wife and I both own Priuses. More
