Very courteous and accommodating service. Service was on time and they made accommodations to take care of a recall issue at the same time. Great Service I only had 6 months left on my lease. I received an email to setup a appointment to see what my options were going forward. I met with Jim who got me I only had 6 months left on my lease. I received an email to setup a appointment to see what my options were going forward. I met with Jim who got me in my current lease. Well it didn't take Jim long and I picked out a new Rav4 to lease. When I came to pickup my car Patrick was very helpful showing me some of the new options that my older Rav4 did not have. Incomplete checkup Ordinarily, I rated 5 stars for my service. This time was different however. I brought my car in for a 75K-mile checkup on March 10. A few days later Ordinarily, I rated 5 stars for my service. This time was different however. I brought my car in for a 75K-mile checkup on March 10. A few days later I noticed that the low engine oil light came on when I turned my car. I checked the dip stick and sure enough the oil level was extremely low. I brought my car in on March 16 to have my oil change or at least refill it to the proper level. I was told that I should have requested for an oil change when I brought my car for the 75K checkup. That doesn't make sense to me. Shouldn't the mechanic check for the level of the engine oil when he did my 75 K checkup? I'm grateful to Linda Schultz for giving me a free change of engine oil. But I do wonder what else did the mechanic not check as part to the 75K checkup? As far as I know, all he did was to rotate my tires and suggested that I need new tires and brakes. After the oil change, the oil level on the dip stick is way beyond the maximum mark. This is not the first time I've seen this after an oil change. Perhaps there's a fix number of oil that the mechanic supposed to put into the engine. More
