I never had to return to solve a problem a second time or to solve a problem created during a repair. Every repair resulted in an improvement. Prices are not cheap but they are worth every penny. Performed 2 TSB's and corrected issue with hood. I made an appointment to take care of a tsb for my 2016 Tacoma which was to install plugs in the lower control arms to address a wind noise. I also h I made an appointment to take care of a tsb for my 2016 Tacoma which was to install plugs in the lower control arms to address a wind noise. I also had an issue with my hood vibrating after a certain speed. I address the tsb at two other Toyota dealerships and they both said they couldn't hear the noise after a road test, yet each time I drove the truck I could hear it loud and clear even with the radio on, it sounded like wind going over an open bottle top. For the hood vibration I noticed the adhesive connecting the frame on the underside of the hood to the skin of the hood lost contact between both pieces causing a flutter at speeds above 40 mph. Again, the other two dealerships said it was the hood adjustment stops that caused it, which wasn't the case. When I left the truck at Hoffman and addressed these two issues with the service advisor Chris Barnes he was really interested in what I had to say and didn't brush off my issues like the other dealers did. I left it in the evening to have them look at it the next day and the very next morning Chris called and said they performed the tsb for the control arm noise and are going to have their body shop inspect my hood. That same afternoon Chris called me again and said the body shop looked at the hood and recommended that the adhesive be reapplied to the frame under the hood all under warranty (just as I expected). He also informed me it would need 24hours to dry before I picked it up, which is no problem for me. When all was said and done and I picked up my Tacoma, as I drove home the noise is completely gone and the hood has no more vibration. They even painted the adhesive under the hood to match and gave me extra paint for touch ups. I think I may have finally found a dealership and a professional service advisor, Chris Barnes, that listens to it's customers. I will now bring my Tacoma to Hoffman Toyota for all my future service. More

I had to wait for my Highlander but seems worth it My son had recently purchased a Used Highlander from Hoffman and after exploring other Toyota dealers as well as, Hoffman, I can see why he chose them My son had recently purchased a Used Highlander from Hoffman and after exploring other Toyota dealers as well as, Hoffman, I can see why he chose them, and so did I. Everything about my experience was very professional and courteous. I wanted a certain Highlander Limited and although it wasn't in stock, I still was able to receive a fair price and value for my ordered Highlander. Alvin Gambell, my Sales Consultant, was very patient and courteous on my choice of vehicle and informed me I would have to wait for my custom vehicle. He told me five weeks and that's what it was. I was also in contact with Matt the sales manager who answered several related questions I had regarding my purchase. Mike Viara, their finance person, was informative and flexible in acquiring a great rate for our financing. I also was able to meet with Kathleen Skiba,the Service Manager, a very impressive women with years of experience in the auto industry. I do have a feeling of confidence going forwards with Hoffman.
