I went back to discuss this matter. How different they treat clients once the deal is closed. Poor sales practice. I contacted Better Business Bureau. I will never do business with this dealer again. I am now working with a new dealership which is much better. My extended family who has purchased two cars in the past with this dealership has vowed to work with a new dealership for future purchases. More

Dan was very patient, attentive, and completed the sale efficiently. James and Jamal were also very kind, discreet, and worked diligently to help me finance the vehicle at a reasonable rate. Overall, the staff was friendly and love their job, which made for a pleasant experience. I love my new car and will strongly recommend this dealership to anyone seeking to buy a Toyota! More

I have been going to Hoffman Toyota for years. I bought my Subaru at Mitchell's in Canton but I don't like the way they treat their customers so I came back to Hoffman Toyota! Love Linda Schultz! Problem Solved. My passenger side window was smashed and for a week I had to drive around with glass stuck in every crevice of my car and on my seat. Daniel Savoia and the rest of the team at Hoffman Toyota was very helpful and provided me with exceptional service fixing my window, cleaning out all of the glass, washing my car, and making me feel comfortable while I waited. The job was done very quick and efficiently and I couldn't have been happier driving off in my restored and cleaned car! :) Thank you Daniel for your help and the delicious coffee! More

Not up to Hoffman Standards UPDATE: I received a call from Mike Fitzgerald at Hoffman. He wanted to apologize for the service level I received. We had a nice chat, reviewing in UPDATE: I received a call from Mike Fitzgerald at Hoffman. He wanted to apologize for the service level I received. We had a nice chat, reviewing in depth each of my concerns. He also spoke directly to my son. He assured me that he would use our experience as a training opportunity. I am happy he followed up with me directly; he sounded genuinely concerned. I will likely give them another chance and use Hoffman Toyota for our next service visit. Original Review: Firstly, I'm horribly disappointed that I apparently purchased this car a little over a year ago and already, with minimal additional miles, I had to completely replace the front breaks. The car was "Certified Pre-Owned" and I would have thought Hoffman Toyota would have taken care of the shoddy breaks prior to re-selling it, even if they had to up the price a bit. Also, the service person at this visit told my son, who primarily drives this car, that when he brought it in to fix a seat belt right after purchase, the inspection showed the breaks as cautionary, but we were never informed. At the time the car was covered by warranty, but that expired last August. The telephone run around my son got when trying to determine whether the car was ready for pick up was actually comical, unless you were the one caught in the forwarding and voicemail loop. To top it off, on the way out of the parking lot, my husband, who had driven my son to pick up the car, noticed that a break light was out. So back in my son went. The response to his "You didn't fix the break light" was "Did you ask us to?" I spent nearly $1100 on service, including brand new front breaks and a cleaning/lubing of the rear breaks, among other things, and they couldn't do a routine check to see if any lights were out? They sure knew the car needed fluids to the tune of several hundred dollars! On the one plus side, our service tech informed me of a $50 coupon towards service which he agreed to apply to our bill. Kind of a drop in the bucket, but a nice gesture nonetheless. Overall, I'm really disappointed. I drive a Lexus RX350, my second from Hoffman Lexus where I've always received stellar service. Our treatment by Hoffman Toyota was not up to Hoffman Standards. More
