Very friendly and professional I have shopped other brands before I met with Edward and purchased my 2013 Boxter S. The remarkable thing about my shopping experience was to see how little sales people know about the product they sell. I looked at several Corvettes in Chevy dealership and the sales people knew hardly anything about the car, other than it's fast and expensive. I am a BMW owner and shopped for an M4. Again, I was surprised how little they know about the cars technically. My sense is you wouldn't tolerate such ignorance at your dealership. Edward knows his cars and was very helpful in discussing my Porsche. He also knew the background of the car which was reassuring as I contemplated my decision. More

I had an issue with my Cayenne steering wheel which was badly damaged by an incompetent dealer in Michigan, and Lou and his team immediately got to it when I addressed the issue. He constantly kept me updated in a very professional manner and even called the next day to follow up. If you are a perfectionist, go to Lou. He will go out of the way to make sure all your concerns, big or small are addressed. The loaner car was a white brand new Cayenne. I hope they have Boxster/Cayman loaners in the future, but that is not a complaint. Will come back for my next major service for sure. More

Ethan Gombossy in Hoffma Hoffman Porsche Service is OUTSTANDING. Yesterday morning I swung in before work without an appointment on a service issue. Ethan Gombossy in Hoffman Porsche's Service team couldn't have been more pleasant and came right outside and diagnosed the issue. He had a service tech come take the care right away and they fixed the issue immediately. The service tech, Roland, was also great and happy to talk to me about the issue I was having. I was out of there in about 20 minutes, which was great! This is just the latest example of the great service experiences I've had with Lou, Ethan and the whole Hoffman Porsche Service team over the four years that I've been a Porsche customer. These great service experiences were a driving reason for my decision to replace my Porsche Panamera with another Panamera. Five stars. More
