I was devistated not only at the fact I fell in love with the car but it is the only car I have. I just wasnt expecting this to happen. However in the grand scheme of things Lou Haddad a representative at Porsche helped me to get a rental and helped me through this ordeal keep in mind my car was not porsche certified and I didnt purchase the car from there. The level of customer service is unreal and beyond normal. The level of human compasion is of that of a family member. The level of empathy displayed should be a model for all American business.
