a pleasant experience. Comfortable waiting area I came in for an oil change. It was the first one since purchasing my car so it was complimentary. I had also noticed a nail in my tire. Instead of ju I came in for an oil change. It was the first one since purchasing my car so it was complimentary. I had also noticed a nail in my tire. Instead of just putting a plug in it, Justin had the tire removed and patched from the inside instead of just putting a plug in the hole. I log almost 1,000 miles a week so I'm glad he recommended that it be fixed the right way. The waiting area is comfortable; couches, tv, computers. I can be productive while waiting for my car instead of just waiting which makes things seem to take longer. More

Service Manager, Rocky Subramani, called me back within the hour and said, though his crew couldn't be offsite, he would meet me to see if the issue could be diagnosed.
