I recently leased another car with this dealership and they made promises they didn’t keep about helping me with my recently deceased husband’s leased Nissan. It had only 3 months left on its lease and it they made promises they didn’t keep about helping me with my recently deceased husband’s leased Nissan. It had only 3 months left on its lease and it was an additional payment that I didn’t need and it was so close to the end of its lease that they said they were interested “in helping me out “ and in buying out its lease and taking it from me, since I and my husband and been such loyal Nissan customers. They took advantage of my trusting spirit and once I leased my new car from them, they wanted nothing to do with helping as promised with my husband’s leased Nissan by buying its remaining lease out. It was a top of the line Rogue; that had only 22, 000 miles on it, like new interior and exterior since my husband was sick and dying over the course of the lease and hardly used the car, except really to go to and from dialysis and medical appointments. When I called to get the car taken care of as promised, I was told by the salesman, whom I had worked with on other leased Nissan’s that, they were no longer interested in the car, of course not I had already lease my new Nissan, from them. I wanted to speak with management but was told he was unavailable, at the time, not surprising ! I immediately followed up by calling the sales manager, but had to leaving a message. I said that I was a dissatisfied customer who wanted to talk with him. He did not return my call as I want to discuss what had transpired regarding the promises made and lack of honesty demonstrated with his dealership. After reading about the CEO of Nissan I realized that the dishonesty and despicable behavior permeates the company from the top to the bottom. More
Pretty much my first time walking into a dealership looking to get in a car quickly but not sure if I would look into leasing, used, etc. I went in later in the afternoon on a Thursday and met with Aus looking to get in a car quickly but not sure if I would look into leasing, used, etc. I went in later in the afternoon on a Thursday and met with Austin. He made the whole process very easy. He was clearly knowledgeable in the car I looked at, very professional and quite accommodating with my budget. After going over all the features and options, he got me in for a test drive within 20 minutes. I did some paperwork on my return and Austin let me know I'd hear from them once the credit check and paperwork was done. I spoke with Annie the next day and she too was extremely pleasant and friendly and answered any and all of my questions. Roughly 24 hours from when I first stepped in I had the good news. Austin even picked me up from my job down the street to finalize the paperwork and get into my new lease. I sat down with Ryan to go over the insurance details and he was very helpful with this whole process. What started out as a very stressful situation for me was met with a very courteous, affable group of people! The showroom was spotless, bright and inviting. The process from start to finish was easy, explained well and fast. I can't give my opinion on any other dealership to make a comparison but I can say that this is the type of service that every place should have! I am happy to have been helped by people who clearly care and will definitely be back in the future! More
I don't know what the issues are with the negative ratings, but I bought and have had my 2011 Sentra serviced here since new. Except for one time where Nissan USA would not cover an issue with the Blu ratings, but I bought and have had my 2011 Sentra serviced here since new. Except for one time where Nissan USA would not cover an issue with the Bluetooth transceiver, they have never bailed on a warranty issue that was legitimate and have been fair with needed repairs along the way. I will be purchasing a 2020 Sentra toward year's end and have confidence that they will stand behind the product. Compared to the Fords I've had for 40+ years, the Sentra has been more reliable and looks and is running great with 127,000 miles... More

Very disappointed this year when I went to lease a new vehicle. After discussing what I wanted, the salesman came back and literally said “you’re not going to like these numbers”! Worst sales pitch ever!! They made me feel like all my years of loyalty meant nothing! Needless to say I got what I wanted at another dealership that was very pleasant and professional. Go to Crowley Nissan. You’ll have a much better experience.!!! More
Worst nightmare! If you value your time and money, do not buy Nissan. Awful customer service, they don't stand buy the vehicles when something goes wrong. I used to be loyal to the brand, but in my very last purchased they have cheated me with a vehicle that has many issues. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Murano Platinum edition, beautiful car, but underneath it all, the car is a mountain of issues. Rattles, center console turns of for no reason, Bluetooth is useless, and many other issue that would be considered nitpicking. I dnt know what other company to trust after I return this stress on wheels. I am very disappointed Nissan. Now for Hoffman? They only pretend to care about their customers before they sign a lease or purchase contract. After you walk out of there with your vehicle, expect the worst service I have received in my last 2 decades of owning new cars. They dnt clean your car, if you ask for it, they just hose it down and give it to you all wet! Never clean the interior. They won't resolve your car issues and are just dismissive. I have been going in and out of the dealership for months now trying to fix a defective unit in my 2016 Nissan Murano Platinum edition and they haven't done anything. Do your research and find out that Nissan is being suit for many car failures. I warn you, stay away!! More
