Well, I wish I could say that things got better, but they have not. I did speak to Brian Clark and he stated that he would call me the following week, and yes, you guessed it, it has been two weeks since I spoke to him and I have yet to get that call back. And to make matters worse, I got a call from Terrell, the sales director and I returned his call about a week after he called me, and you guessed it again, he never called me back either. So, unfortunately, my rating of your organization just went into negative stars if that is possible. I guess that no one at your company cares about customer service and wanting repeat customers. So sad, because I live in Simsbury and each time someone asks me about my experience trading in my car and getting a new one with Hoffman Nissan, lets just say it is not favorable.
