Courteous and professional experience Went in for the 10K maintenance and resimonizing after a fender mishap scheduling of which were in two different locations. Just mentioned the 2 needs to Lexus service and they took care of all arranging including having a loaner for our use while the work was being done.. Bob DiNapoli was our on-sight coordinator - everything was done as scheduled, on time and with a pleasant, courteous and helpful approach. This has been a consistent way in which Hoffman Lexus has handled our needs. More

playing number game was there to buy a used car while return a lease 2014 CT200h. on the day I made $2000 deposit, the car was ~$18000, dealer agreed to chime in ~$1000 was there to buy a used car while return a lease 2014 CT200h. on the day I made $2000 deposit, the car was ~$18000, dealer agreed to chime in ~$1000 for the CT200h since there were 6 payments still left(total ~$2100). was given a OTD price ~$18300(after deposit) which was closed to my calculation. but the car has a thumb size scratch and paint was off. So sales promised to send into their own body shop to fix it. 5 days later to pick up the car, return leased Lexus and pay the balance. before heading over, the used car was lowered $550 in my saved search. I showed the new price to sales and he got a nod from manager to honor the new lower price. even though the scratch was merely painted like a piece of gum sticked on, I decided to take it. also there was actually 5 payments left on the CT200h(under mileage allowance), all in all the OTD should be more than $500 lower than $18300. they were playing number game to mix lease return and used car payment to come up ~$18000. when I pointed out how to calculate the OTD simply by add up all costs on the uased car(base+$499(convey fee)+tax), minus the chime amount they promised early on, then add up the 5 payments, that would be the OTD(minus deposit) which is much lower than $18000. they accused me to ask for $500 off which I never even mentioned. for whatever the reason, they lowered $550 on the price after I made deposit, and promised to honor it, later on they want to gaming on the numbers to make up the mistake? totally dishonest, playing old tricks when there are couple of things mixed to try to take advantage of customer. not going back and definitely not recommend to anyone. More
