way way WAY OVERPRICED Yeah, I get it. It's a Lexus. But that should not be the reason that the dealership gets to overcharge for a glorified Toyota. My other car is an A Yeah, I get it. It's a Lexus. But that should not be the reason that the dealership gets to overcharge for a glorified Toyota. My other car is an Acura - a glorified Honda, and they charge me less than half the price for the same exact service - LESS THAN HALF. FOR AN ACURA - in the same exact class as a Lexus. I walked out of the dealership feeling I got totally xxxxx after paying $215 for an oil change and tire rotation. I'll repeat that. PAYING $215 FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION! For comparison purposes, Schaller Acura charged me under $100 for the exact same service. Same exact model year of the car (2015). Same exact service for oil change using synthetic oil. Same exact number of tires being rotated. MORE THAN DOUBLE THE COST. I think the only difference was the use of 7 quarts of synthetic oil versus 5 quarts for my car. So, I paid over $100 for, what amounts to, an extra 2 quarts of synthetic oil. Can't wait until my lease is up. Jim Rini More

I called the service department in East Hartford, CT, and they connected me to a service consultant, who really knew what she was talking about. She told me to bring my car in, but she couldn't guarantee that they could fix my car. I came in, and within 15 minutes, she told me what was wrong with my car. She also told me how they could fix it, and that they could fix it that day. I was in and out within an hour, and I didn't even make an appointment before hand. Also, while I was waiting, I sat in very nice recliner chairs that I've never seen at any other dealership, and I had a nice can of Coke, while I waited. More
