The Usual Excellent Service This was a routine service visit for my 2015 RX450h. The vehicle was serviced within the time quoted to me upon arrival, the exterior was washed, and the interior was vacuumed. Monica explained clearly the service to be done, the cost, and made me feel welcome as a Hoffman customer. Also,nJim Berube made it a point to come over and say "hello". This is my 6th Hoffman Lexus vehicle, and I highly recommend this dealership. More

Very pleasant. When I scheduled my maintenance appointment I chose to wait for the work since I was told it would only be about a 1 1/2 hour wait. The wait was very relaxing, a very welcome respite in a busy day. As a matter of fact, everything about the experience was very pleasant. The technology specialist who greeted me when I arrived was efficient, pleasant, knowlegable, the waiting room was clean with comfortable lounge chairs, there was a variety of snacks to choose from, and the coffee and tea very welcome. I especially liked the separate waiting rooms (lounges), my favorite being the one that has no TV. It is really considerate of Lexus to offer both types of waiting rooms. Checkout in the specialist's office was also very pleasant. More
