Bottomline the Hoffman team make the experience of purchasing a vehicle very easy and comfortable. They know their product and never try to sell you a vehicle option or coverage that does not make sense based on your individual driving habits and needs. One of a Kind Experience I came into Hoffman Lexus looking for a vehicle I found online and was told it was in the showroom. When I got there I was told that it was actually s I came into Hoffman Lexus looking for a vehicle I found online and was told it was in the showroom. When I got there I was told that it was actually sold so I was frustrated that I wasted my time to travel all the way to East Hartford. However, everyone in the showroom was friendly and courteous and willing to work with me to find something else. I met with a sales manager named Walter who was kind enough to offer me better pricing on the car I find. He passed me on to a salesman, Woody, who was also very helpful. No one was pushy and just looking to make a sale. I left that day without a vehicle but made my back because of the great service I received while I was there. All of the people I encountered there were very professional and helpful, whether I was actually making a purchase or not, and that is even more comforting. Buying a car is big decision and I didn't want to be stuck with something I did not like in a few days or could not afford. I thank everyone at Hoffman Lexus for their hospitality. More
