Kind, people smart Mr. Ramos was the icing on the cake at my recent purchase of my gorgeous Hoffman Lexus, SUV 350. Usually the least enjoyable aspect of a car deal is t Mr. Ramos was the icing on the cake at my recent purchase of my gorgeous Hoffman Lexus, SUV 350. Usually the least enjoyable aspect of a car deal is the finance paper signing part. This is where I have always felt most uncomfortable and let my husband handle all of this. Well, Mr. Ramos was just amazing as he listened to my husband and I go back and forth about a specific add on I wanted. Actually, I INSISTED ON, AND DID GET. Mr. Ramos let us do our thing and was so patient and kind about all of this. He is one classy man who is born for this job. He's so good with people and appeared to have such wonderful intuition, and just good old common sense. He was just a pleasure to deal with although I feel we may not have been! Sorry!!
