No nonsense and got the deal done. I needed to lease a CRV and needed to do it relatively quickly. I had a particular number in mind for a monthly payment, mileage and term. New rear brakes and two system flushes on my CR-V High quality experience facilitated by my service adviser on our 2012 CR-V. Efficient, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Alan, our salesman for a new CR-V, was very thorough, thoughtful, and competent, with a dry wit that my husband and I appreciated very much. He was able to answer all of our questions, and his walk-through of the car's computer system was most helpful. More

I don't have my car washed because it always comes out with water spots all over it, and the chairs in the waiting room need to be cleaned. Sounds like I'm complaining but overall I do like the dealership. More

Not helpful Called in because my car was ready (oil change and new tires). Waited 15 minutes for someone to help me. (Anthony had to because the representative that processed us to begin with was out to lunch.) Tried to submit tire rebate online but my Invoice does not state "paid in full," as required by the tire company. (I asked for a zero-balance invoice when I left, but was told I would not need one.) Called two days later for a zero-balance invoice. Asked me to come in and get one hand-signed. They could not email me a copy. Hoffman does not print zero-balance invoices. Service rep claims there are no scanners anywhere at Hoffman, so he could not even sign or stamp "Paid" and scan it and email it to me. Sent me an email stating paid in full and for the tire company to call Hoffman with questions. Insisted the rebate would go through without submitting what the tire company requires (zero-balance invoice). Representative turned curt and told me to stop worrying, that he would credit my account the $70 rebate himself if the tire company did not approve it. When I dropped the car off he quoted me $120 per tire to begin with, then he looked the tires up on the Hoffman site to find out about any rebate offers and the tires were priced at $110.50. He quickly went away from the screen, but when I asked, "Were the tires cheaper there?" he said, "Yea, let me call about that." Called someone who was obviously unhappy that the representative had let me see the lower price. "I have no choice now." Clear to me that I was going to be charged the higher price had I not seen the lower price on his computer screen. Was not a pleasant experience. More
