Unlike other dealerships, I was greeted promptly and cheerfu I've been to 3 other Honda dealerships for service. Hoffman Simsbury was by far THE BEST! Unlike other dealerships, I was greeted promptly and cheerfully when I arrived & wisked right into an office where I met, Janetta, who was knowledgeable and incredibly pleasant! I dropped my car off on Saturday mid-day and returned a few hours later, no fuss, no muss, and great service from Janetta to boot! My car needs several issues address but she assured me don't fret...do an extra job every oil change until its complete. One of the best experiences yet and now my go to Honda dealership! More

Excellent customer experience I took my CRV into the body shop for service to replace one of my side mirrors. We received an estimate which was totally accurate. Follow up to initial visit for recall I was told on the phone it would take an hour and 15 minutes. When Imgot there ImwS told 2 hours. Would have liked to have known initially that Imwould have to wait that long! Today, I received a call from Jim Berube, Service Manager. We discussed the situation and the situation will be addressed with the staff and corrected. Jim apologized and was very gracious offering a free service for my next visit. I was very impressed that my initial review was read and that there was a follow up. More

Exceptional service experience at world record speed! I have been totally impressed by the outstanding professionalism and prompt, courteous service at Hoffman Honda. My daughter's car had a failing batte I have been totally impressed by the outstanding professionalism and prompt, courteous service at Hoffman Honda. My daughter's car had a failing battery at an inopportune time. I was able to schedule an on-line appointment at a convenient time. I arrived and was greeted early and was on my way with a new battery within about 30 minutes. They checked over the vitals and washed it too! I would highly recommend Hoffman to anyone looking for a superior customer experience. More
