As for price, be an educated shopper if you want a big ticket purchase, but they will work hard (but not too hard) to make the sale. Ask about hidden fees, such as a document storage fee, which to me seems unreasonable. Sorry guys, with pennies for a gig on the cloud, $400+/- to "store" docs, which you learn about at the signing table, is, well, I'll let readers make their own call. But I digress.
