Panic of a flat tire or What's that warning light on my dash I thought one of my tires was going flat because a sensor light appeared on my dash. I rely on warning lights for such things and didn't want to get stuck with a flat in a parking lot somewhere during the holiday season while shopping. I drove to the dealership without an appointment and was greeted by the crew, ushered into Anthony Audia's office where he assured me they would help me with the issue. A few minutes later he came to the waiting area to let me know it was a tire sensor not my tire and it could be replaced. They did an oil change as well because I had driven 5,000 miles since my last one and replaced the defective part for my tire. The most important thing was that this was done for me because they wanted to be helpful. It would have been easy to say please make an appointment and come back. That's the kind of service that will keep me coming back. These folks really do a great job. More
