She has always been a joy to deal with. Always pleasant, and engaging. Very informative when it comes to other care and service options available through the dealership. As per usual, my Honda Pilot was taken car of in the time she said it would be (I went there for an oil change on a Saturday, no appointment, just a drive up) Have had purchased five (5) Hondas from Hoffman (three (3) still current owned and driven) I can say they are a class act when it comes to the servicing of my cars. ~Roy R.
