Deeply disappointed I took my Honda back to my favorite dealership, Hoffman Honda in Avon, just for an oil change and a check-up. I was such a loyal customer of Hoffman I took my Honda back to my favorite dealership, Hoffman Honda in Avon, just for an oil change and a check-up. I was such a loyal customer of Hoffman for 16 years, that even though I have a much more conveniently located dealership where I recently moved, I still drop in, now and then for service. Robert showed me a print-out indicating that my alignment was way off and said they would fix it, and "not to tell his boss, but he would give me a discounted rate" to do the job. The car was not pulling in any way, and so I waited for the alignment to be done at my local dealership (after the caked snow and ice melted on the road.) When I took it to my "new" dealership, we road in the car, looking for signs of mis-alignment. There weren't any, and they tested the alignment, just in case. No work was needed. What am I to think, Hoffman Honda? The evidence suggests that you recommended service that I didn't need. Not cool. More

CRV Service My wife and I are very happy with the result of our recent CRV service. We love our new car, but a reoccurring disembodied "whoop" sound was very dist My wife and I are very happy with the result of our recent CRV service. We love our new car, but a reoccurring disembodied "whoop" sound was very disturbing. Anthony Audia diagnosed it, along with a technician, as a defective diaphragm in the differential motor. After waiting for the ordered part to arrive, I brought the car in last week and, as promised, it was quickly installed. Mr. Audia and Technician Brian Lombardi are to be commended for taking care of this problem so effectively. I especially appreciated the professional and patient way that Anthony explained the problem and its solution. Rest assured that, as always, I will be giving the highest rating to my most recent Honda service when I receive my survey. More
