Tom - the finance person, was a bit brusque and got annoyed when I turned down the extra protections and acted like I did not understand how much I needed this extra coverage. I felt pressured and I think he did not realize that I have a college degree and have previously purchased 5 cars.He wanted to know why I asked about every paper I signed and wanted time to read them. Great Service time and time again I bought my Honda CRV here and I came in because my windshield washer fluid wasn't working. It turned out that a mouse had chewed the hose. Not only did they replace it but I also wasn't charged for it!! That was a pleasant surprise!! I have been here several times and I have always found them to be courteous and pleasant. I don't feel that they are here to rip you off as i have seen with other dealerships. I also like that i receive a free car wash when i come here.for a service. I have another Honda dealership closer to home and to my job but I much prefer to drive to Avon which is out of my way due tothe excellent service i receive here. More
