Eric's can-do and positive attitude made every decision easy and - dare I say it? - fun! Eric helped us explore every option, and when we decided on our beautiful brand-new (only 17 miles!) 2017 silver Honda Accord, we couldn't have been happier. And Tom made all that complicated paperwork seem effortless and efficient - and he, too, has a great sense of humor! We are, once again, totally satisfied Hoffman customers!!! More
Quick service on recall repair. I needed to address a recall on my Civic and took it to Hoffman. They got me in quickly, knew exactly how long the repair should take, and gave the ca I needed to address a recall on my Civic and took it to Hoffman. They got me in quickly, knew exactly how long the repair should take, and gave the car a general checkup as part of the recall service. When the checkup turned up slight issues with oil/filters and alignment, Janetta explained the issues, how long I could wait to address them, cost, and how long those fixes should take. I will certainly bring the Civic back to them whenever it needs oil changes or any service/repairs. More
Took way to long. Our sales person Dave was very good. He was helpful and we were happy with the deal he made. However, the entire transaction took far too long to. Nothing was explained to us while doing the paperwork except for gap insurance and other extras to purchase. We were told to sign here & sign there. Nobody went over any of the options in the so we sit here studying the owners manual. Next time I buy a luxury car it will be from a luxury dealer. More

Simple service ends in nearly 2k$ quote Recommending service without checking my prior service logs is frustrating as a customer. When I called I was told only a visual inspection determined that info and now need to bring it in for more review. I have spent a lot of money in the last tear there servicing this vehicle. More
