ANOTHER EXCELLENT AND SHORT) MORNING AT HOFFMAN HONDA! I spent only an hour at Hoffman Honda on a Saturday morning for my new Honda Oddyssey's first service appojntment. The previous day I had been there with my 1999 odyssey that my son is driving to college ( over 200,000 miles on it) to check on a potential problem with the same attention given to my new car. (Thanks to mechanic Jose!) I have never gone anywhere else for service and Janetta is one of several excellent advisors who have supported me through the service of my cars over the years. She gives you an honest and realistic report of your service or repair and makes it as painless as possible- giving coupons when available, rental car or shuttle transport, phone calls for updates. She is the embodiment of the trust that is so valued by the Hoffman Honda company. Thank you for your continued support, Janetta! More

I usually use Anthony Audia as my Service Advisor though in the past your Service Manager has also helped me out. Anthony is better than excellent at his job & respectful and patient & kind. I've nothing but good things to say about your dealership and if I had the means would get another car there, probably lease. That however isn't currently possible for me. Marci M Wells More

Excellent service Battery was dying and they fit me into the schedule immediately and addressed the situation - did a diagnostic and replaced battery.
