He brought the car around and I got to sit with his dog and enjoy free coffee while I waited. One test drive later and I was hooked. We sat down and paperwork took a while, but that's to be expected. I ended up having to go back twice for a registration paperwork issue, but was helped promptly each time. Jeff even went out of his way to give me a free set of snow tires he used for his old civic. Overall a nice experience and Jeff is a great car salesman. I recommend him to all my Honda seeking friends. More

On line appointments work! Tried to call the dealership for an oil change appointment. Go on line, they said.....it worked! Got all the reminders I signed up for, which was very helpful. Made the appt for Monday on a Thursday, so there was that all too familiar down time, weekend in there. The staff was professional. They respected me when I declined additional service. i like this dealership. Every service person I have had process my car has been great. It is a task I don't look forward to doing, but going here mKes it less of a hassle. More

Once they have done the deal your forgotten This dealership is hopeless once the deal is signed. They had 3 weeks to get me vehicle and finance in place and even with me following up many times This dealership is hopeless once the deal is signed. They had 3 weeks to get me vehicle and finance in place and even with me following up many times a day before delivery they haven't even started the finance process once that was fixed they promised everything was set. Guess what it wasn't and after another couple of hours of messing around at the dealership my wife left in a loaner. Then they ring here and demand the loaner back because it's sold You would think given this is there bread and butter the vehicle delivery process would run like a well oiled machine. NO it doesn't. My advice shop else where for the "whole package". More

First oil chnage My first oil change was free. Would have been nice to have a least one more for free considering how much I paid for the car, but beggars can't be cho My first oil change was free. I was greeted and brought into wait, Anthony spoke with me about what would be done/checked with my Honda. Waited about 45 minutes, but waiting room was decently comfortable, donuts, fruit or pastries would have been a nice addition to the free coffee, but again... When it was ready I was called back into the office, which I gotta tell ya seems a bit intimidating; you always seem to think their gonna find a costly problem, but in this case everything was fine anyways and they didn't try to get me to buy anything additional I didn't need like new tires or windshield wipers, etc. They brought the car around for me, I noticed they used floor mat protectors, a nice plus, and car was even given a free wash. Overall a nice experience, the only thing I would change is the scheduling process, the initial paper I was mailed had a nice early afternoon time, but I discovered that's only if you are dropping off your car for the entire day. I tried to book online, but if you are waiting for your vehicle, you can only book at like 7am on Fridays, and I am not a morning person. So I e-mailed them to change it, only to discover the night before that the appointment was not officially "confirmed" on-line, so luckily I caught that in time. Again, it was a nice experience, and I would consider getting future service there if they could just work on the on-line booking service More

They discovered my current problem and came up with a simple solution...and Dan Covalli and his people were ... as usual... wonderful to work with! They discovered my current problem and came up with a simple solution...and provided transport for me back and forth while my car was at your shop...My snow tires were removed and I was happily on my way the next morning!
