Painless I recently had an appointment at Hoffman's for new tires and alignment. The place was pretty busy but I got out of there in an hour and a half or so. Length of the service appointment was about what you would expect. This dealer service review has an extra star because other Honda dealers in the Hartford County area are so bad that this location seems better.
