On the financial side, David Ezedine was very attentive to our financial needs and went above and beyond to get us the lease monthly payment that fit our budget. Instead of the expected hard sell meeting that one usually experiences with the financial representative, Dave got right to the point and very efficiently and quickly processed the required paperwork. I give both of these representatives a qualified rating of 10 out of 10. Robert's manager Tom was also very friendly, attentive and sympathetic to our financial needs. Flat tire drama!!! At the end of my work day I saw that my driver side front tire was very low. I debated weather I should try to drive home or stop and fill it with ai At the end of my work day I saw that my driver side front tire was very low. I debated weather I should try to drive home or stop and fill it with air. Then I remembered Hoffman Honda was just up the street so I decided it would be best to go there. Obviously because they were a Honda dealer so they would have what I needed. I drove in and spoke with Dan, who was wonderful. He listened to his tech about the damage that apiece of metal did to my tire and we made the decision to repair the tire. I was prepared to buy a new tire for safetys sake. I had bought my tires from a Honda dealership in Massachusetts and they were still under warranty. Dan Covalli contacted them, I had my receipt so he could confirm they were still under warranty. It was so bad it was not safe for me to go back where I purchased them, so the fix was done at your location at no cost to me. I am very thankful for the kindness and concern that was given to me. My safety was your greatest concern, thank you. You have treated me most kindly on 2 other occasions I have needed help. I have no reservations recommending your dealership to anyone.
