First class treatment from start to finish. I knew that if I was going to buy a new Pilot then it would be from Hoffman Honda. Dan Gardner did an excellent job at accommodating all of my needs/requests/wis if I was going to buy a new Pilot then it would be from Hoffman Honda. Dan Gardner did an excellent job at accommodating all of my needs/requests/wishes as did GM Bill Dumont. Dan demonstrated extensive knowledge about the Pilot and was always available to answer any and all questions. Additionally, both Dan and Bill exhibited a sincere interest in meeting my needs and an exceptional amount of patience [way more than anyone else probably would have] in allowing me to take my time about making my decision to buy a new Pilot Touring 4 X 4. Closing the deal with the finance department was equally as smooth as negotiating the deal; no hidden fees and no high pressure sales tactics with regard to all the miscellaneous extras {extended warranty, gap insurance etc.} I have bought and/or leased more than a handful of cars/SUV's over the years and this experience was without question the easiest, most enjoyable and least stressful of them all! Now I know why I see so many vehicles on the road with the Hoffman Auto Group tags on them. I will be referring all of my friends to the Hoffman Auto Group the next time they are in the market for a new or used vehicle. The customer service was amazing. I had visted with two other dealerships and they had horrible service and didnt want to give me what i wanted. Speaking with Karan Singh in regards to purchasing a new and/or used vehicle was very informative. I was there having some snow tires put on my Odyssey Van and thought that I might as well get some info on and/or used vehicle was very informative. I was there having some snow tires put on my Odyssey Van and thought that I might as well get some info on a possible trade in and a possible purchase of a used car for my teenage son. He had a manager take a look at my van in the shop to get an idea on a trade in value. We then sat down and Karan informed me of possible ways to trade in my van on a new or used vehicle, being that I owe more on the van than what it is actually worth. Looking back at buying out my lease on the van may not have been the smartest thing to do at the time. He explained to me how purchasing another Hoffman Honda at the time may have been the better route for me even though I would have paid for high mileage. I learned of things that I didn't know before. Karan also informed me about other possibilities for my teenage son. He let me know the comparisons on buying a loaded used car or a basic new model SUV for my son. Overall, Karan was a great salesperson to work with and I would recommend him to others at Hoffman Honda. I love Hoffman Honda for its great service and very nice service advisors. That is a main reason why I will purchase with them again. Service and convenience and location will keep me going back. More
