The salesman was very good, friendly, helpful. Not pushy or condesending. The dealership put a used car for sale on the showroom floor with an outstanding factory recall. Poor! Anton help me out more than any other dealer. I told him want I needed and he did everything he could to help me get unto the car I wanted. I always wanted the car I got. I went to Hoffman since the year and make of car we wanted, in the price range we wanted was there. We meet Steve Riensmith (the salesman) who told us about the car and took us for a ride. Steve was there for us throughtout the process and was extremely helpful- I would recommend him to anyone going to Hoffman Honda. We left to think about the car and did have a few concerns. Being a Honda with only 37,500 miles we chose to take the car uncertified which meant we would save some money-lower the cost of the car some . The Power train is still covered for seven years or 100,000 miles (engine etc.) The Sticking point ended up being the two front tires. I insisted on two new ones, even being uncertified and after a few talks to various people,they were replaced with new tires and the deal went through. My thanks to Steve and especially to two other fine gentleman who work there. Dwight is the Service Manager and cannot do enough for you to help you. They even wash your car when you come for service! Thank you Dwight- you ARE appreciated. And Bill- I think he is THE manager- Bill your talk and time you gave me were also appreciated and we both knew where we were coming from. Mission accomplished. No more needs to be said.
