I brought my 2005 Accord in for service because the abs light was on. The right frontsensor needed to be replaced so I authorized the work and went home. I later called Janetta when I realized I had an extended warranty on the car. I gave Janetta the warranty information and she contacted the company for me. The service was covered and I was very happy with Janetta's customer service and job knowledge. When I went to pick up the car it was still being tested, there was a problem so Janetta asked me to wait while it was fixed. The replacement sesnor was defective and the car needed to stay over night. Janetta had the head mechanic explain the issue to me and I agreed to the delay. Janetta set me up quickly with a loaner car. I was very happy with the service Janetta Marrero provided as well as the explanation provided by the head mechanic. I will definitely reccomend Hoffman Honda for service based on this experience. More
My car was taken in for scheduled maintenance. My concern about smelling antifreeze was investigated and it was determined that the radiator was leaking and needed to be replaced. I was not pleased with this diagnosis as the car only has 75,000 miles on it and there was no evidence of any external damage (road debris,etc.) to explain this premature equipment failure. Because of Rocky's experience in Honda maintenance, he tried to help me by explaining that while it was rare, he had seen it happen before. He also helped me with the bill by applying any discounts that I qualified for. More

I purchase my SUV in 2009. At the time I never received my paperwork (it was requested 3x). I went in to have an oil change done on my SUV and I expressed my concern to Jeanetta about not having my paperw my paperwork (it was requested 3x). I went in to have an oil change done on my SUV and I expressed my concern to Jeanetta about not having my paperwork on the purchase of the SUV. Within 3 to 4 business days my request was granted by Jeanetta and I had the information that I requested. She is a woman of her words and I really appreciate it. I know its hard dealing with the public, but I always see her with a smile on her face. I feel comfortable knowing that she is an honest person and I can rest assure that she knows what she is talking about. Thank you Jeannetta for everything you have done for me. Keep up the good work! A wonderful experience buying, a new car from Hoffman Honda, and having a Sales Consultant TJ Kudia Jr. guiding you the whole way. TJ went out of his way to find me a white CRV 11. I was shopping for a Honda pilot, so i tried couple of dealers till i contacted Karan in Hoffman Honda , the guy was very honest, helpful and he did every thing possible to get us the car my wife wanted , dealers till i contacted Karan in Hoffman Honda , the guy was very honest, helpful and he did every thing possible to get us the car my wife wanted , he even brought the color she wanted from another dealer for the same price , he was great. i really recommend him. I recently reached a point where I knew it was time to trade in my Nissan. Having had a Honda CRV in the past, as well 2 other Honda models, I decided to return to the Honda CRV. I felt knowledgable in t trade in my Nissan. Having had a Honda CRV in the past, as well 2 other Honda models, I decided to return to the Honda CRV. I felt knowledgable in the Honda models and confident in their safety. My family has purchased a total of 12 Hondas from Hoffman, so for me, there was no other choice as to where I would make my purchase. I was met upon arrival by salesman Dan Gardner. Dan was friendly, knowledgable, and very educated in all of the Honda models. I knew that I would leave that day with a new CRV, it was just a matter of what I could get for the montly payment I was comfortable with. I told Dan the things that I wanted and did not want in my new suv. Dan had me drive a few different models, never pressuring me with one over the other. He spent a few hours with me and was willing to let me drive and redrive certain models of the CRV. I always felt like the ball was in my court. I truly felt like Dan was working for me. He actually encouraged me to look at one of the CRV models with less options, in order to keep my payment down. This is certainly something you do not see in a lot of dealers! Because I was buying new, I assumed I would have to give up some of those things I really wanted; leather, heated seats, power everything. However, due to the professionalism and dedication of Dan Gardner, I was able to drive out of Hoffman Honda with the exact vehicle I wanted (Honda CRV EX-L) and more options than I imagined. Most importantly, the payment was exactly where I wanted/needed it to be! I walked into Hoffman at 10am and drove out in my new CRV at 4pm the same day. It was an easy and painless process. I never once felt pressured or was made to feel like an idiot. Unfortunately these are common practices in many dealerships. Hoffman Honda is a cut above the rest. Dan called me Monday morning to see how I was liking my new CRV. I feel confident that if any issues were to arise, Dan and Hoffman would take care of it. I hope Dan continues at Hoffman, as I would certainly like to work with him in my future Honda purchases. I would recommend Hoffman and Dan Gardner to anyone. More

I drive a Honda Civic Hybrid with an expired warranty and, at the time, an expired Hybrid battery. When I first came to Hoffman Honda, and the car was diagnosed, I felt like Rocky listened to me and then proceeded to "lobby" for my repair to get done in an affordable and timely manner. He ALWAYS kept me well informed and updated and ALWAYS returned my phone calls promptly. (He even remembered when I was on vacation during the process and asked me how it was.) When I was leaving the dealership, after my battery had been replaced, Rocky walked me to my car and made sure my driver's side floor mat was securely in place and my radio was reset. I am extremeley grateful for Rocky, the service team, and the treatment I received at Hoffman Honda. More
