I had another A+ experience Oct.6 with Rocky and the rest of the Hoffman Staff. A fair amount of work was done plus tires but Rocky walked me through it all and helped get any discounts that applied. Conscientious as ever Rocky mentioned a recall that I had not received in the mail from Honda yet. This is the second Accord I have purchased from Hoffman and no one else has touched these vehicles. It is because of this experience with Rocky and the rest of the team I will continue to drive from Torrington when the car needs service. Thanks Again More

This was a case of "buyer beware," and we were not. We were told that the tires on our used car (a 2010) were new, but they did not appear to be. When we asked why they did not look new, w we were not. We were told that the tires on our used car (a 2010) were new, but they did not appear to be. When we asked why they did not look new, we were told that on a certified used car, it was within "acceptable parameters" to have tires with roughly 33,000 miles on them! In general, a number of the basics were handled in a sloppy manner, and we aren't impressed with our experience with this dealer. However, we contacted them and they gave us new tires, so we are pleased with their response to our complaint, even though we wish we hadn't needed to complain to get the tires we were told were included. More

I had a absolutely wonderful experience purchasing a new Honda Fit due to salesman Hugh Casey. My heart was set on the Fit, but the driver's seat didn't feel immediately comfortable to me. Hugh very patiently helped me explore various options until I was comfortable sitting in the seat. I received quotes on the car from several other dealers, and Hoffman Honda very quickly and easily matched the lowest quote. The particular color Fit that I wanted was not on the lot, and Hugh proceeded to locate one and have it delivered to Hoffman Honda in two days. He then facilitated the process of selling my current car by arranging to have Hoffman meet the price I had from an outside source, and take my car as a trade-in. Throughout the entire process, I did not feel pressured at all, and Hugh's main intention was that I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. I never expected to buy my car from Hoffman because I thought they would be more expensive than other dealers. I learned that I was wrong, and would recommend Hoffman very highly to anyone looking to buy a car. More
