I called Completely satisfied with Hoffman Honda Our 2010 Honda Accord V6 Coupe all of a sudden developed a very loud rattle in the engine one day. I called Hoffman Honda and they gave me an appointment next day. I dropped off the car to Hoffman the night before so the techs would have the opportunity to hear the noise when the engine was cold because this is when it was the loudest. I received a call right away the following morning from Justin informing me that they too had heard something abnormal in the engine. Long story short, Justin called me again and informed me that all of the timing components needed to be replaced and they would need a couple of days to order parts and complete the repairs. Our car was ready as promised and running perfectly quiet just as it did when it was new. Justin even went as far as to show me the defective parts. I greatly appreciated this extra effort. It allowed me to fully understand what had failed on my engine with only 16k miles on it. All parts and labor were covered under warranty. We did not purchase the car from Hoffman but they treated us as though we had. The people at Hoffman are very knowledgeable about their products and their workmanship is meticulous. I am really glad we decided to bring our Honda to Hoffman. I was agonizing over who I could trust to do a good job and felt reassured when I finally met the folks at Hoffman. They are a very well trained group of professionals. This was my first visit to Hoffman Honda and they have earned my trust and respect. I highly recommend this dealership and will be purchasing my cars here in the future. More

It was a totally wonderful experience and I got what I was promised for the deal I was promised. Mir is kind, friendly, sincere and exceptionally skilled at sales and, above all, a man of his word. This is my first dealing with Hoffman Honda and I hope it is the beginning of a long association with them. I live 20 miles away but could not get this deal or quality of service at another local Honda dealership. Thank you, Mir, and Hoffman Honda. More
Sold me a car, owned it for 3 years, the car was only 5 years old when the service department told me the car needed a new engine. I have been a costumer of Hoffman for over 9 yrs now and I have always been extremely happy but about a week ago there was a little issue. They were washing my care as a certace and by cars antenna broke. I I have always been extremely happy but about a week ago there was a little issue. They were washing my care as a certace and by cars antenna broke. I was told it was a $200 antenna. When they looked at the antenna they said it had been glued at some point. I did not glue it and I bought the car used from Hoffman. So I was sold a car with a broken antenna. The serves deportment was not shere if they could replace it for fee because they felt it was not there fault because it was defected. I was quite upset. I had just spend over $500 on brake work on the car and now I had no antenna. The parts department did not want to eat the cost of a new antenna. But Janetta Marrero my service advisor came to my rescue. She was able to convens them to work with me and gave me free serves and parts. She worked very hard for me and understood how up set I was. She rilly went to bat for me and went way beyond what she needed to do. I want her to be recognized for all her hard work. I think she is the best !!! Rocky has displayed top notch professionalism, excellent knowledge, consistent initiative and tremendous work ethic that I would consider above and beyond the call of duty. I was one of those customers who would leave the dealership and go to a local mechanic once my warranty had expired but Rocky has managed to earn my trust and confidence in the service and quality of work provided by Hoffman Honda. As the "face man" to service Rocky has always been fair with the final tally. He has, on several occasions, brought to my attention rebates and discounts. Rocky has even convinced me to buy new tires at Hoffman by matching the best local price I could find...Unprecedented! I would often find myself discussing cars and performance issues with Rocky. With a friendly greeting he always resolves the problem without ever saying no. A++ I will miss Rocky when Hoffman decides to promote. Louis More
