I came in to have a key recoded, and the service staff ended up working for two hours to finish the job and clear up some problems that they found. In the past I have gone to dealership service centers and they have tried to upsell me on all sorts of additional work, but Hoffman was focused on taking care of the work I needed done. My first visit to this dealership. The entrance is very customer friendly. I was greeted right away, and sat with Rocky the service advisor to explain what I wanted/needed.
