I love working with the wonderful people at Hoffman Honda! Even though we've moved and now live a 45-minute drive away, I'll keep coming back. Jeremy Godenzi promised I'd be done in an hour and ten minutes and my car was serviced in an hour. Once again, Hoffman Honda performed better than promised. Having my cars serviced at Hoffman Honda is almost fun! I am courteously and pleasantly greeted by the fellow who checks me in. He then escorts me to Rocky's office, where Rocky welcomes me cheerfully and I am courteously and pleasantly greeted by the fellow who checks me in. He then escorts me to Rocky's office, where Rocky welcomes me cheerfully and professionally, which is why I always have him as my service manager. If Eric discovers something needs fixing that I had not planned on, he comes to the waiting room and explains the problem to me extremely clearly and professionally. Found the CRV I was looking for at Hoffman. They called and emailed to confirm my appointment. I went all the way up there only to find out that the car I was interested in was no longer available. I was extremely disappointed that the sales person didn't mention that fact when we talked. It was very inconsiderate and I wonder if the car was ever there. The car I was interested in was still up on their website a week later. I wonder how many other customers got fooled. More
