We reached out to Mike Cutrone (Mike was our sales person for our 1st purchase) and shared the story of our recent misfortune. Without missing a beat Mike's first question was to the wellbeing of those involved. We feel this truly is representative of the type of person Mike and the others at Hoffman Honda are, including Tom Suchujad with whom we handled the miscellaneous and final paperwork.
