Early that morning before I arrived - Carlos left me a message saying he saw i had signed up for the shuttle and would I prefer a loaner for the day - and when I got there to ask for him. When I arrived he had everything ready to go and a gorgeous black Honda Accord for the day waiting for me!! I had a peaceful ride to work - my car was serviced in less time than they originally thought - I was able to come back at my convenience to pick up my CRV - and the work COST LESS than I was originally quoted! Since this was our first minivan, we really appreciated the time that our salesperson Sara spent explaining all the great features of the Odyssey, and the help she provided in answering all of my technical questions. She even helped steer us into choosing the right model with electronically activated doors and rear liftgate; what I initially thought was just a luxury has become a necessity with our two young kids.
