Excellent customer service My 2005 CRV needed a new starter and the car was towed to a local shop. The estimate seemed high so I called Hoffman Honda and spoke with Janetta. Th My 2005 CRV needed a new starter and the car was towed to a local shop. The estimate seemed high so I called Hoffman Honda and spoke with Janetta. The estimate was significantly cheaper and she was able to order the part and have the car serviced the next day. Hoffman Honda is where I will be taking the car for servicing from here on out! More

Very unhappy I bought used car and having problems with it since the day one, they did promise to fix it but never did. They took the car 3 times kept every time f I bought used car and having problems with it since the day one, they did promise to fix it but never did. They took the car 3 times kept every time for couple of days and the car is not fixed. They do not return my phone calls, like everything is ok. I trusted them when they said that this car is in perfect condition( certified vehicle), this is not how you tread other customers. I am very unhappy with how they treated me in Hoffman Honda. More
