Finally, a great car leasing experience! I've never believed in unicorns, or that a trip to a car dealership could be anything but painful. Then my husband and I went to Hoffman Honda on the advice of a friend. From the moment we walked in, we realized something was different. Everyone was happy and friendly! We were greeted with a smile by everyone, and I mean everyone who worked there. Our salesman Al was wonderful, and so was his manager, Brian. We test drove and leased a gorgeous Accord Sport and could not be happier with our new vehicle, the people who helped us and the entire experience. I now believe that the impossible is possible. I'd like a unicorn for Christmas, and I encourage everyone to go to Hoffman Honda. You'll believe too! More

Finally treated with some respect I had the distinct pleasure of buying a car from Eric Diaz and Brian Singer from Hoffman Honda. I had gone to many other Honda dealers looking for the I had the distinct pleasure of buying a car from Eric Diaz and Brian Singer from Hoffman Honda. I had gone to many other Honda dealers looking for the best deal, and was treated like my needs didn't matter . The salesman at the store in New Britain couldn't have been more condescending and rude. The treatment I was given at Hoffman from Eric and then his manager Brian was nothing but TOP NOTCH. Eric was very kind and extremely knowledgeable about the product and relayed that to me throughout the process. When it came to the figures Brian the manager simplified everything for me and educated me on different ways to pay for the car. They were GREAT!! I will definitely come back again. More
Best Service Rep, Matt Gallicchio There was a mistake that happened in regards to a new key fob that was supposed to be ordered and installed when I recently took my Honda in for some There was a mistake that happened in regards to a new key fob that was supposed to be ordered and installed when I recently took my Honda in for some work. Unfortunately the item was not properly ordered by a staff member and so this would have meant an additional trip back to get it installed. Luckily I had Matt as my Service Rep who quickly took it upon himself to get everything back on track. Instead of making me return to Hoffman once the key fob arrived, he actually made a house call one late rainy Saturday evening so that I would not have to return to the shop. He installed my new key fob with success and was totally gracious about coming out so that I would not be further inconvenienced. Hoffman is a great dealership and Matt is simply an outstanding person AND an outstanding representative for them! Thank you again, Matt! More
Has a 5 star Edmunds rating for a reason. Low pressure, friendly, and highly professional and knowledgeable staff in all areas of the dealership and service section. Service advisors are the best here, they can talk to your level and wont screw you over. Whole place is kept very clean and neat and has a great selection of new and used cars. Test drives are no hassle. I regularly bring my 2003 Civic here, which is actually from this dealership as well as my Camry to Hoffman Toyota for routine servicing. Service and repairs can be a little pricy depending on the situation, but think of it this way: You can have it done quickly and for cheap but it wont be good. You can have it done well and for cheap, but it wont be quick. OR You can have it done quickly and done well but it wont be cheap! You usually get what you pay for, and at Hoffman, they dont skimp on service, parts, or training their employees. More
Service you can trust, thank you Janetta Marrero I found the service in Honda Hoffman is excellent. They don't try to rip you off to get your fee for service at a highest possible price. They actually looking ahead to fix your car at reasonable price so you would come back in case you need their help and looking to keep you as a long term customer. They do reward the customer who does all the necessary and recommended maintenance. I had 2 Honda cars and my 3rd one will be again Honda. My warranty finished and something that was broken was fixed at a portion of a price. I came to dealership with 3 kids ages from 3 to 14 and they were all occupied while waiting - the older kids went on computers and little one to the play room. we later got a ride home while they worked to make necessary repairs. It was efficient and professional. I wanted to thank Janetta Marrero who was our service advisor. More
