I have been made aware by our service advisor, Anthony Audia, that when you visited us on a Saturday morning he advised that there would be a longer wait time because of the high volume of scheduled appointments and customers currently waiting. Although we always do our best to assist customers without appointments, we recommend making appointments especially for Saturdays. We know your time is valuable and are committed to doing what we are able to expedite your visit, but in this case we wanted you to know that due to our current appointments that morning there would be a longer wait. You informed Anthony that you would wait. During the diagnosis of your vehicle, a Code A136 was presented indicating a service that includes tire rotation, transmission service and differential services. To ensure your vehicle is running efficiently we always present the options and recommended maintenance for you to consider, which you declined at that time.
