I was told "you'll have to live with it". I get a shudder when I am driving in the 1000 to 1500 rpm. This is not acceptable. We were hoping to deal in Sales with Sarah, but she has moved to the finance department, so Mr. Mark NewComer was our man. Mr. NewComer is patient, friendly, attentive, energetic and knowledgable. He carefully listened to our needs and wants and came up with the perfect car for us, making sure that the car was a good fit. Ms. Klass, a warm and engaging person, handled the paperwork for the transaction. She was efficient and thorough, and made sure we were aware of and comfortable with the myriad details of the transaction. If this car ever wears out we will come back if we can deal with Ms. Klass and Mr. NewComer. Further, and with no reflection on Ms. Klass or Mr. NewComer, the trade value offered for our 2003 Accord was disappointingly low and considerably less than KBB. Maybe we could have asked Mr. NewComer to try to negotiate with management for an increase, but we are not bargainers, and accepted the fair price on the new car. More
