First Service 2016 Pilot with Navigation I had my first service and oil change for my 2016 Honda Pilot. The service was handled quickly and efficiently. But my point for writing this review I had my first service and oil change for my 2016 Honda Pilot. The service was handled quickly and efficiently. But my point for writing this review is that I had some questions about the Navigation system and bluetooth. I want to give a major shout out to Brian. He helped me set up the system to my specifications and showed me, in great detail, how to navigate the program. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I am thrilled that I will now be making efficient use of my new system!!! Thanks Brian, Hoffman Honda is lucky to have you representing them!! More
