Continued great personal service experience! The windshield washer on my 2014 CRV suddenly stopped working. I brought it in with thoughts of needing a new pump/motor. While still in the drive-in The windshield washer on my 2014 CRV suddenly stopped working. I brought it in with thoughts of needing a new pump/motor. While still in the drive-in welcome area Anthony lifted the hood and immediately found the problem that mouse or chipmunk have chewed thru the hose leading to the windshield. He not only found the problem, he had it fixed, at no charge, AND he gave me the name of a botanical repellant product to place under the trim around where the hoses are. Another great example of Hoffman 5 Star Customer Service and one of the reasons I've leased 7 Hondas, and will be looking for number 8 when my current lease expires! Thanks, Anthony...great work. I drove straight to Hoffman since I was on the road already and showed up asking for help, despite not having an appointment. I anticipated needing to leave my car there until they had an available appointment slot open up (which was fine and expected - no appointment ahead of time, after all) but Rob was able to see me and get things at least looked at the same day. Turns out they were able to fit me in. They diagnosed the problem and performed the repairs all in the same day, which allowed me to minimize how much this unexpected event impacted my life and schedule. Robert also worked with Careguard to process a part that would be covered under my warrenty, as well. More
