Hoffman needs to step up to the plate and fix my problem I have a problem with my 2015 CRV producing heat within a reasonable amount of time (I basically freeze). Hoffman claims that they too noticed the pr I have a problem with my 2015 CRV producing heat within a reasonable amount of time (I basically freeze). Hoffman claims that they too noticed the problem with a 2015 CRV demo that a manager was using but they don't know what they can do about it. They contacted Honda who basically doesn't give a hoot. Honda knows there's a lot of complaints out there about the heat and they've done nothing about it - nice company. As I said before this will be my first and last Honda. I know this problem is with the manufacturer but Hoffman needs to step up the plate and fix my concern or take this vehicle back. More

Awesome Personal Service! After visiting several car dealerships and feeling like vultures descending upon me, wanting to make a quick sale, I stopped into Hoffman Honda. I w After visiting several car dealerships and feeling like vultures descending upon me, wanting to make a quick sale, I stopped into Hoffman Honda. I was greeted by Eric Diaz and immediately felt absolutely no pressure at all. He listened to what I wanted, showed me several cars, talked about the differences and the options. If felt as if I was talking to a knowledgeable friend, and not a car salesman. More importantly since I am deaf and read lips, he was extremely patient and accommodating. Afterwards, I was greeted by Jason Gunn, and again very patient and accommodating. I'd recommend this car dealership to anyone! Thank you Hoffman Honda for my new 2016 Honda Pilot! More

I was able to get a same day appointment, the garage is very clean and the employees all we Dealership and thier employees are extremely professional.
